Creating a digital brand & website for a new universal helpline for children and young people in Wales… time to introduce Meic.

To combat the difficulties and issues experienced by children and young people in Wales - including physical and mental health, emotional well-being and education - we developed an online website & helpline service; the first of its kind in the UK with partner agency, ProMo-Cymru.

To create a bilingual, accessible, universal brand and secure website platform (including call-handling facilities).

To engage with young people and service-users to ensure the brand and website met criteria.

To kick-start the campaign with use of social media and direct mail.

ProMo-Cymru successfully introduced Wales’ leading one-stop information, advice and advocacy resource for children, young people, and those working with them.

A free and confidential helpline service accessible by phone, text, instant messaging and email from 8.00am to midnight, 7 days a week

Meic has dealt with nearly 40,000 issues presented by more than 25,000 contacts.

Now seen as an essential contributor to tackling poverty, promoting children’s rights, and providing early intervention and prevention

The video you produced & promoted had nearly 40 comments - critically these comments have allowed me to follow up and start a conversation with a number of companies.
