Alex Mills

Founder / Creative Director

Creative director elevating brands with usability, web and content for the last 20 years. Specialises in digital andc content strategy and is a competent photographer in his own right.

Out of the studio, you’ll find him… adventuring across the Welsh coast with camera in hand, or creating new recipes in his kitchen.

Gareth Green

Studio & Finance Manager

Gareth leads on the production elements of our client projects, provides technical support, and is key point of contact for digital projects. He brings over 15 years of experience with multi-agency working and complex delivery.

Out of the studio, you’ll find him… wild camping or adding to his growing collection of specialised outdoor gear.

Meg Hodson

Digital Marketing Manager

Since 2014, Meg, an award-winning writer and digital content expert, has worked with clients across a wide range of industries to craft their brand narratives and produce marketing outputs that engage audiences and resonate with customers. She leads on a lot of our creative production - whether that's campaign identity, brand stories or video scripting and more.

Out of the studio, you’ll find her… chasing her unruly toddler, watching horror films or enjoying a glass of wine with a book.

Marc Stafford

Lead Database Developer

Marc has over 20 years of developing robust, flexible and scalable data-powered solutions for clients. In addition to his core skills with .NET, PHP, Wordpress and complex data solutions, Marc manages additional development resource and works seamlessly with the design team to deliver commercially appropriate solutions.

Out of the studio, you’ll find him… travelling with Wales football home and away (to over 29 countries!) and DJ-ing.

Gareth John

Multimedia Designer

Utilising a technical approach to design, Gareth creates dynamic, compelling digital design and collateral and brings over 10 years of fresh, dynamic perspectives to our client projects designing and developing commercial WordPress and website solutions.

Out of the studio, you’ll find him… practising his archery skills or playing video games with his nephew.
